New Year’s Eve is a time to get together with friends and family and toast to the year that was.

To shake things up this year, Emile and the team have put together an expansive festive menu inspired by the flavours, produce and traditions of the Middle East.

Dinner bookings are open from 5pm and tickets are $110pp for the Arabian Nights menu.

Please note, our à la carte menu will also be available for those who prefer to pick and choose.

Canapés/Amuse bouche

— Spanner crab & spinach fatayer, dill
— Octopus, chorizo, vine leaf salsa
— Smoked rainbow trout, roe, zucchini latke

Entrées

— Flatbread, ras el hanout
— Smoked eggplant, sesame, lemon, blood orange oil
— Hummus, zuni pickle
— Heirloom tomato, nectarine, green olive, basil

Fish course

— Baked Red emperor ‘taratoor’, green tahini
— Fried cauliflower, walnut, sumac red onion, currants

Main course

— Pan roasted lamb loin and glazed lamb shoulder 
— Cucumber and fennel fattoush
— Persian jewelled rice

Dessert

— Cinnamon donuts, apricot and lemon thyme jam, vanilla cardamom crème anglaise
