Clove Lane is a restaurant In Randwick, Sydney by chef-owner Emile Avramides. In company with co head chef Michael Tran we offer seasonally driven, dynamic menus to share. We think of ourselves a neighbourhood eatery with a fine dining mentality towards sourcing and preparing the very best in local produce, but a relaxed attitude where it counts most – the dining room.
In our experience some of the more memorable feasts are held around the family table where one is free to kick up their heels and be totally immersed in the cuisine in front of them. It is this familiarity we hope to create, a seat at the family table, a no-frills dining experience, where the atmosphere complements the quality of food and service we are striving for.
